Yes, I ship worldwide with DHL. If you have other carrier preferences, just let me know!
Normally, a portrait takes about 3 weeks to complete: 2 weeks to paint and then 1 more week to cure and apply protection coat.
Yes! I always make a digital sketch beforehand, so you know exactly what to expect. I can also provide an update at the halfway point so you can see how it’s coming along. After the painting is done, I can still change anything if you’d like, before applying protection coat.
I aim to capture your pet’s likeness and personality in each piece, but art is subjective. So I’m open to your suggestions and I’m ready to make adjustments until you are satisfied with the result. Still don’t like it? You’ll get a full refund. Your satisfaction is my priority.
